This is my 10-th post for this month and hence a sweet recipe.Milk is used in this sweet so the ghee quantity is reduced

- Wheat Rava / Da;ia- 1 cup
- Milk - 2 cups (can also add water instead of milk / even a combo of milk and water will do)
- Ghee - 21/2 tablespoons
- Sugar - 1 cup or as required
- Heat 1 tablespoon of ghee in a pan and roast the wheat rava till good aroma comes
- Transfer into another vessel used in pressure cooker.Pour milk and pressure cook for 1 whistle
- After the pressure releases transfer it to a kadai and add sugar to it.Blend it very well till the sugar dissolves
- Add the remaining ghee to it and mix well till the ghee is absorbed
- Wheat Rava Kesari is ready.Serve it when it is hot
