This soup will be relished by kids and adults as well.Its very delicious and welcoming especially when served hot during winter seasons

- Olive oil or Butter - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 4 nos
- Green chillies - 3 nos
- Black Pepper - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Milk or cream - little
- Coriander leaves - little
Method
- Melt butter (for kids) / Heat oil in a pressure pan Saute garlic pods and chillies
- Add chopped capsicum and fry till it is soft
- Put pumpkin pieces and saute it
- Pressure cook for 1 whistle
- Allow it to cool
- Grind it smooth in a mixer
- Transfer it to the pressure pan and add 2 more cups of water
- Put salt, pepper and slightly boil for 2 minutes
- Pour milk (for adults) or cream (for kids).Switch off the stove
- Garnish with coriander leaves
- Serve hot
