Thanks to my son who made to experiment this new smoothie.Since he is a poor eater I need to give him vegetable in some form so I came up this new recipe and Thank God he relished it
Ingredients
- Boiled and cooled milk - 1 glass
- Carrot - 1 no: (medium sized)
- Dates - 3 nos
- Condensed milk - 2 tablespoons
Method
Step 1 - Preparation
- Remove the seed from dates and soak it in warm milk for about 15 minutes
- Chop carrot into small cubes
Step 2 - Smoothie
- Grind the soaked dates along with milk
- Now add chopped carrots and grind it into a smooth paste
- Pour milk and condensed milk.Run it in pulser mode
Smoothie is ready to serve
