This biscuits are generally added while making Mixture
Ingredients
- Wheat flour - 2 cups
- Powdered raw sugar / normal sugar - 1/2 cup
- Ghee - 1/2 tablespoon
- Oil - Deep fry
Method
- In a mixing bowl take wheat, sugar and mix well
- Add ghee to it and crumble with fingers
- Pour water little by little and make a pliable dough
- Let the dough rest for 20 minutes
- Divide the dough into big lemon sized balls
- Flatten each and every ball using a rolling pin
- Cut it using "Diamond" shaped Cookie cutter
- Carefully deep fry them in oil and drain it under colander
- Let them cool before you munch them
