This is another recipe using Raw Banana very simple and can be prepared within 15 minutes

- Raw Banana - 3 nos
- Idly Dosai Milagai Podi - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric - 1/2 teaspoon
- Oil - 2 teaspoons
- Mustard seeds - 1 teaspoon
- Urad / Channa Dhal - 1/2 teaspoon
- Hing - 1/2 teaspoon
Method
- Cut each raw banana into two halves
- Pressure cook for 3 whistles
- Peel the skinn and cut them into small rounds
- Put it in a bowl and add milagai podi, turmeric and salt.Mix well with your fingers
- Let it stand for 5 minutes
- In a kadai heat oil and season with mustard seeds, urad, channa dhals , curry leaves and hing
- Add the marinated veggie and mix well
- Cook it covered for about 3 minutes
- Take it out and serve with Mango Rice
