Ingredients
- Custard Powder (any flavor - I used Golden Vanilla) - 3 teaspoons
- Sugar - 1/4 cup
- Coconut milk - 1 cup
- Ghee - 2 teaspoons
- Dry fruits of your choice - 1/4 cup (I used walnuts and almonds)
- Cut Fruits - as required for topping
1. Dilute 1/2 portion of coconut milk with equal amount of water
2. Mix thick coconut milk with custard powder without lumps
3. Add sugar and diluted coconut milk
4. Pour it in a kadai and heat it in a low flame.It will start thickening, add ghee at this stage and stir it
5. Add the chopped nuts and blend it well
6. Switch off the stove
7. Serve it hot or cold with cut fruits on the top
