I have done with Kaju Badam Mysore Pak tit bits. You can do it with any burfi tit bits
Ingredients
- Milk - 1/2 L
- Burfi tit bits - 1/2 cup
- Chopped almonds and kaju - 5 pieces together (optional)
- Saffron strands - 3 nos
- Kadai in which the burfi was made
Method
- Pour milk in the kadai in which burfi was made
- Put the burfi tit bits into it
- Start boiling the milk by stirring it continuously. The tit bits sticking on to the kadai will get dissolved in the milk
- Once it boils, lower the flame and add saffron threads
- Stir it for 2 minutes and add broken cashews and almonds bits. Switch off the flame
Tit Bits Kheer is ready. Serve it warm or chilled
