Healthy Carrot Soup is ready
Ingredients
- Baby carrot or normal carrot - 300g
- Walnuts - handful
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Pepper powder - as requied
- Milk - 1 glass
- Coriander leaves - little
- Butter - optional (use it for kids)
Method
- Pressure cook carrot for 3 whistles and let it cool
- Take the cooked carrots in a mixer jar.Add walnuts and pour water.Grind it to a smooth paste
- Transfer it to a pan.Add milk, salt and pepper,Boil for 5 minutes
- Garnish with coriander leaves
- Top it with butter when serving for kids
