Who will not say "No" to Chocolates especially when it is home made? Here is the recipe for yummy and mouth watering "Choco Nuts Burfi"

Thumb Rule for any Burfi Consistency
Ingredients
Part 1 - Items to be sieved
- Maida - 1 cup
- Milk Powder - 1/2 cup
- Drinking Chocolate - 1/4 cup
Part 2 - Others
- Sugar - 1 1/2 - 2 cups
- Milk - 1 cup
- Ghee - 1 cup
- Chopped Nuts (cashews, badam and titbits) - 1/2 cup
- Sieve maida,milk powder and drinking chocolate together
- In a thick kadai add the sieved items
- Now add sugar.Pour in milk and ghee.Mix well
- Place this kadai under medium flame and keep stirring it constantly
- Initially say after 15 minutes you will notice the bubbles in the mixture and it will start condensing into a thick mass
- Add chopped nuts at this stage and keep stirring it in simmer flame
- In another 5 minutes, the mixture will become frothy and starts leaving the sides of the kadai
- The whole mass will come together like a ball (திரண்டு வருதல் in tamil) and will not stick on to the kadai. Switch off the stove at this point
- Transfer this mixture into a greased tray and cut into desired shapes when it is warm
Thumb Rule for any Burfi Consistency
- If you are not sure whether the mixture had reached burfi stage, take a small quantity with a spoon and place it in a cup or plate.See if it solidifies.
- If it happens then immediately remove the rest of the mixture from heat and transfer it into a greased tray
- If not stir the mixture for some more time
