Its an interesting and simple smoothie using mango, watermelon and milk.Mango triggers heat but then watermelon and milk will cool down the body.Hence this combo is an apt one. Even though the quantity of watermelon pieces are more mango flavour dominates

- Watermelon chunks - 2 cups
- Mango chunks - 1 cup
- Milk - 300 ml (boiled and cooled)
- Honey - 2 teaspoons (optional) I didn't use it
Method
- Take watermelon pieces in a mixer jar and grind it
- Add mango pieces to it
- Run the mixer once more.The colour will change now
- Pour milk and pulse / whip it
