I. Cauliflower - 1 (take the florets out)
Turmeric Powder - a pinch
II.Grind the following items together:
Onion - 2
Tomato - 1
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 Teaspoon
III. Powders:
Coriander Powder - 1 Teaspoon
Chilly Powder - 1 Teaspoon
Salt - 1 to 11/2 Teaspoon
IV. Tampering:
Oil - 2 Tablespoons
Jeera - 1/2 Teaspoon
V. Others
Fresh Curd - 1/2 cup
Coriander Leaves - To Garnish
Method:
2. Heat oil in a pan and add Jeera seeds.Allow it to splutter.Now added the grounded paste and powders and simmer it in low flame for 5- minutes.
3. Now add curd and mix well.Let it boil and it will be thick
4. Finally add the boiled cauliflower and heat for 3 minutes.Switch off the stove and garnish with coriander leaves.Cauliflower subji is ready
