This is a great side dish for Pulav, Besibellah Bath so also Curd Rice.This is an easy to do gravy

- Baby Potato - 1/4 kg
- Garam Masala - 1 teaspoon
- Chilly Powder - 3/4 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric - 1/4 teaspoon
- Tomato Puree - 1/2 cup
- Chopped Onion - 1
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 1/2 teaspoon (optional)
- Butter - 1 tablespoon
- Jeera - 1/2 teaspoon
- Mustard - 1 teaspoon
- Sugar - 1 teaspoon (optional)
- Milk - 1 cup
- Wash the potatoes and pressure cook for 3 whistles
- Peel the skin and add garam masala powder, chilly powder and turmeric.Mix well with hand and leave it covered for 20 minutes
- In a kadai heat butter add mustard seeds first.Let it splutter and then add cumin/jeera seeds
- Saute onions till translucent and then add tomato puree mixed with little water.Add ginger garlic paste.Also add salt at this stage and heat it for 5 minutes
- Now add the potatoes coated with masalas and mix well.Leave it for 3 minutes
- Add sugar followed by milk.Give it a boil
- Baby Potato Gravy is ready

- You may skip adding sugar and milk
