Now that I have started full fledged cooking and would like to share my recipes....
Addition of potatoes is not a must I had left over boiled potatoes so incorporated it by chance.So potato is not a must
Ingredients
Cauliflower - 1
Potato - 2 (optional)
Grinding
Tomato - 2
Onion - 1
Saute
Oil - 2 teaspoons
Mustard and Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
Finely chopped Ginger - 1 teaspoon
Finely chopped Green chilly - 1(or more)
Powders
Channa Masala or Garam Masala - 1 teaspoon
Red Chilly Powder - 3/4 teaspoon
Coriander (Dhania) Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - 1-1/2 teaspoons
Milk - 1 cup
Topping
Chopped Coriander leaves - as required

Note:
If the gravy becomes very thick you may dilute it by adding 1/2 cup of boiled water

Method
Part 1
- Take the cauliflower florets and immerse it under hot water for 15 minutes
- Boil the potatoes and cut into cubes
- Grind tomatoes and onion together without adding water
- In a kadai heat oil and splutter mustard and cumin seeds
- Add chopped ginger and green chillies.Saute it
- Now add tomato onion paste and heat it for 2-3 minutes till the raw smell escapes
- Add all the powders and mix well.Leave it for a minute
- Add cauliflower florets along with 1 cup of water
- Close the lid and leave it in simmer flame for about 10 minutes
- It should be crunchy
- Now add potatoes and mix well
- Pour milk and give it a boil
- Switch off the stove and garnish with coriander leaves
Note:
