Super crispy chips.Just much it or serve it as a side dish

- Raw Banana - 2 nos
- Oil - as required for deep frying
- Salt - less than 1/2 teaspoon
- Chat Masala - 1/2 teaspoon or more
- Turmeric - a pinch
- Peel the skin of the bananas and slice them using a slicer
- Take water in a bowl and put salt and turmeric to it. Immerse the banana slices into it. This is to prevent discoloration
- Take it out after 5 minutes and spread it on a clean cloth and pat dry
- Meanwhile heat oil in a wide kadai
- Drop the banana slices carefully into the oil.Do it in batches
- Fry well on both the sides. It should be golden brown in colour
- Take it out carefully and place it in a colander or on a tissue paper so that the excess oil drains off
- Transfer it into a broad basin and put chat masala.Close it with a lid and shake well
- Now yummy crispy chips is ready
