Iam sure all the readers must be wondering why this particular recipe is for both "Kids and Weight Conscious People" .Well this soup does not contain even a drop of oil but while serving to children please garnish with butter or fresh cream which makes it even more creamy

- Sweet Corn - 1
- Milk - as required for boiling sweet corn (nearly 1 glass)
- Small onions - 2 (finely chopped)
- Garlic - 1(finely chopped)
- Pepper - 3 nos
- Salt - 3/4 teaspoon
- Chopped coriander - little for garnishing
- Butter / Fresh Cream - as required (only for Kids)
Method
Step -1- Saute
- In a kadai / pan saute finely chopped onions and garlic till the raw smell goes.Sprinkle little water while doing so because oil / butter is not used
- Once done take it out and cool it
Step - 2 - Boiling Sweet Corn
- Remove corn kernels.Trust me it is not at all hard
- Put corn kernels in the same pan and pour milk till it gets immersed
- Close the lid and cook on a medium flame for 12- 15 minutes by stiring it thrice in between
- Simmer the flame.Open the lid and stir continuously for 3 minutes.Make sure it is not burnt
- Switch off the stove once the corn is 3/4th cooked.Cool it
Step 3- Making Soup
- Now grind onions, garlic, boiled sweet corn (along with milk), pepper in a mixer
- Transfer it to the same vessel and add salt.Boil for 5 minutes
Relish hot soup.Add butter / cream before serving it to kids
