Instead Dosai Adai

As the name suggests the dosa/adai batter can be made within few minutes. No need to soak and ferment.I tried it out using bajji maavu.Very simple it is
It looks like Dosai but tastes like Adai.Hence the name "Instant Dosai Adai"

  • Carrot - 1 small no: (grate it)
  • Green chilly - 1 (finely chopped)
  • Curry leaves and Corinader leaves - little (finely chopped)
  • Oil - for making dosas
Refer the following link for Bajji Batter Preaparation

Method

  • Heat a tawa.Pour a ladle of batter on to the hot tawa and spread it out in the form of a circle using the back side of ladle
  • Now add 1/2 teaspoon of oil around the edges of dosa.Cook on a medium flame
