Oats Methi Cheese Dosa - Kids Version

I would say this is an extension of my previous post.The only difference here is "cheese sheet" is added while making dosas so that kids will enjoy more

  • Oats Methi Dosa Batter - as needed
  • Cheese Sheets - as required
  • Ghee - for making dosas

  • Heat a dosa tawa - iron or non stick and pour a ladle full of batter on it
  • Spread it into a thick circle and add a cheese sheet over it and add a teaspoon of ghee around the edges of dosa
  • After 2 minutes flip it carefully using a dosai thiripi
  • Allow this side to cook as well
  • Once done cheese will be absorbed in dosa as seen in the pic

Oats Methi Cheese Dosa is ready and serve it along with Ketchup
