Usually pidi kozhukattai is made out of raw rice flour. But for a change I tried it with thinai maavu and it turned out well
Its highly rich in fiber, protein, calcium and other minerals. Its good for diabetes too
It goes well with any chutney
While giving it it to children coat it with ghee and serve
