Butter Capsicum Rice

This post is very much similar to my previous recipe Millet Capsicum Bhath but a slight variation we use normal rice and butter here for kids

  • Cooked rice - 1/2 cup (cook with 1 cup of water)
  • Salted Butter - 1 teaspoon
  • Capsicum saute - 2 teaspoons
  • Lemon - 1 teaspoon (optional)
  • Coriander leaves - little
Refer to the Millet Capsicum Bhath Recipe for capsicum saute under "seasonings" for ingredients

  • Take capsicum seasonings.Refer Millet Capsicum Bhath for the seasoning and saute steps in detail
  • Keep the cooked rice and salted butter ready
  • Put butter over cooked rice.It should be hot
  • Mix well using a fork and add capsicum saute
  • Mix well with fork again
  • Butter Capsicum Rice is ready
