Long time since I posted a recipe using Millets
This is a simple dish that can be done using any millet

I used "Corn Millet"
Ingredients
- Corn Millet - 1 1/2 cups
- Water - 3 cups
- Turmeric - 1/2 teaspoon
- Oil - 2 teaspoons
- Mustard seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
- Urad and Channa Dhal - 1/2 teaspoon each
- Peanuts - 1/4 cup
- Green chilly - 3 nos (finely chopped)
- Salt - 1 teaspoon or little more
- Lemon - 1
- Curry leaves - little
- Wash the millet
- Add 3 cups of water and salt to it.Pressure cook for 3 whistles
- Spread it in a dish / bowl
- In a separate kadai heat oil and splutter mustard seeds in it
- Fry peanuts and curry leaves in it
- Also add turmeric and hing
- Pour it over the cooked millet and mix well
- Squeeze lemon juice over it
- Mix thoroughly
