Wheat Flour - 2 Cups
Water - 2 1/2 cups approximately
Chopped Green Chillies - 2 (depends upon the spice required)
Coriander Leaves - 1/4 bunch (chop it and turn it slightly in a mixer using very little water into a paste)
Onion - 1 (finely chopped)
Cumin Seeds - 1-2 Teaspoons
Rice Flour - 2 Tablespoon (optional)
Salt - 1 1/2 Teaspoons
Method
Take wheat flour in a bowl and add water little by little (by mixing it) so that Dosa batter consistency is achieved
Add the remaining ingredients and mix well
The color of the batter will be slightly greenish as Coriander Paste is added
Make usual dosas and serve it with chutney
This Dosa is useful especially for calorie conscious people.Do try it out
