Ingredients
- Tofu or Paneer - 100 g
Mixed Vegetables
- Carrot, Beans, Peas, Capsicum - 2 cups
Paste
- Onion - 2
- Tomato - 4
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 teaspoon (optional)
- Chilly Powder - 1 teaspoon (or more)
- Coriander Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Garam Masala Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 to 11/2 teaspoons
- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Cumin seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
- Cloves - 2
- Bayleaf - 1
- Cardamom- 1
- Coriander leaves - few
- Melt butter in a pan and add cumin seeds.Allow it to splutter.
- Now add the other items given under Tamper section.Leave it for 2 minutes
- Add onion paste and pinch of turmeric.Let the raw smell diffuse (If you are using ginger garlic paste add it (at this stage and heat till the odor of the paste disappears)
- Add tomato paste and after 3 minutes add the mixed vegetables
- Add the powders and mix well.Leave it for sometime.
- Add the mashed paneer and heat it for 5 minutes
- Finally garnish with coriander leaves and mix well
