Eggless Choconut Brownie


Ingredients

Part 1
  • Maida - 2 cups
  • Powdered sugar - 3 cups
  • Cocoa powder - 1 cup
  • Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Baking soda - 1 teaspoon
Part 2
  • Milk - 1 cup
  • Curd - 1 cup
  • Soft Butter - 1 cup
Part 3
  • Vanilla essence - 2 teaspoons
  • Chopped almonds - 3/4 cup
Method
  • Sieve the items twice given under part 1
  • Beat part 2 items together.This can be done in a mixer also at a low speed
  • Add it to the sieved powder and pour in vanilla essence.Mix well in one direction and run it in a mixer 
  • Now add chopped almonds
  • Grease a baking tray with butter and sprinkle little maida
  • Pour the batter into it
  • Bake it in microwave high power for 5 minutes and then in 90 % power for 3 minutes
  • Insert a tooth pick inside the brownie and check whether if it comes out clean.If not bake for another 3 minutes
  • Yummy brownie is ready.Serve it hot with vanilla ice cream topped with chocolate sauce
