No need for oven or pressure cooker
Infact this is even more simpler than the first version which I had posted 2 years ago

Just mixing and refrigeration. Thats all about it
Ingredients
- Marie Biscuits - 35 nos
- Cocoa Powder - 5 tablespoon( or ) Chocolate Syrup - 1/2 cup
- You can also use both
- Sugar - 4 teaspoons
- Condensed milk - 1 tin / 400g
- Chopped Nuts - 1/2 cup
Method
- Powder marie biscuits in a mixer
- Add cocoa powder and mix it well
- Put sugar and mix again
- Add chopped nuts
- Pour chocolate syrup (if using) and condensed milk
- Mix it to a tight batter or a loose dough
- Transfer it to a greased baking dish / air tight container
- Seal it with aluminium foil / close it with a air tight lid
- Keep it in fridge for 6 hours
- Take it out from fridge and show it on a flame for 10 seconds
- Remove the cake / brownie by using a knife
- Cut it into small squares and relish it
