- Oil - 1 teaspoon
- Mustard seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
- Green chillies - 2 nos (finely chopped)
- Onion - 3 nos (finely chopped)
- Salt - 3/4 teaspoon
- Coriander leaves - little
- Curd - 1 cup
- Heat oil in a pan.Splutter mustard seeds.Add green chillies
- Add chopped onions and saute till the raw smell goes.Put salt while doing so
- Put chopped coriander leaves and switch off the stove.Let it cool
- Add whipped curd and mix thoroughly
- Simple Onion Raitha is ready
Serve with Dum Biriyani, Phulkas and Parathas
