I made it for lunch last sunday and here is the recipe

- Brown Basmati Rice - 2 cups
- Water - 4 cups
Wash and soak brown basmati rice in 4 cups of water
Part 2 - Seasoning and Saute
- Salt - 2 teaspoons
- Coriander leaves - little for garnishing
Method
- Put onions and fry it with pinch of salt
- Keep it closed for sometime
Step 3 - Peas Pulav
- Drain the soaked basmati rice
- Pour this drained water to the semi cooked peas.Add salt and coriander leaves
- Allow it to boil
- Transfer it to a pressure pan and add soaked rice in it
- Pressure cook for 2 whisltes and keep it simmer flame for 10 minutes
- Now Brown Basmati Rice Peas Pulav is ready.Serve it hot with any Gravy and Onion Raitha
