Healthy and filling milkshake for kids.They would relish each and ever sip.Give them this milkshake to boost their energy after coming from school

- Milk - 250 ml (boiled and cooled)
- Chikoo - 2 nos
- Apple - 1/2
- Cashews - 5 nos
- Almonds / Badam - 5 nos
- Honey - 1 teaspoon (optional)

Method
- First take cashews and almonds in a mixer jar.Add little milk and run it into a smooth paste (i didnt soak cashews and almonds.It worked out for me)
- Add the chopped fruits and pour little milk.Run the mixer once again
- Finally pour the remaining milk and grind it again
- Transfer into a tall jar and refrigerate for 1/2 hour before serving.Ensure it is not too chill
- Top it with honey while serving (I skipped this step)
