- Full cream milk - 500 ml / 4 cups
- Sugar - 200 g / 2 cups
- Ghee - 200ml / 1 cup
- Rava / Sooji - 1 handful
Method
- Take the all mentioned ingredients in a thick bottomed kadai and mix it well
- Now turn on the heat.Keep the flame in high and stir it continously
- After 10 - 12 minutes you will notice big bubbles.You will also feel nice aroma
- Slowly the entire mixture will condense, becomes frothy and leaves the sides of the kadai
- Now transfer it to a greased tray and allow it to cool
- Cut into desired shape
- Now Milk Burfi is ready for Naivedhyam
