பால் கேக்/ दूध बर्फी / Paal Cake / Milk Burfi / Milk Cake

This is also another offering made to Lord Krishna.This sweet is made even during Diwali times.The recipe is simple as it does not involve any sugar syrup consistency


Ingredients
  • Full cream milk - 500 ml / 4 cups
  • Sugar - 200 g / 2 cups
  • Ghee - 200ml / 1 cup
  • Rava / Sooji - 1 handful
Method
  • Take the all mentioned ingredients in a thick bottomed kadai and mix it well
  • Now turn on the heat.Keep the flame in high and stir it continously
  • After 10 - 12 minutes you will notice big bubbles.You will also feel nice aroma
  • Slowly the entire mixture will condense, becomes frothy and leaves the sides of the kadai
  • Now transfer it to a greased tray and allow it to cool
  • Cut into desired shape
  • Now Milk Burfi is ready for Naivedhyam
