Step 1 - Blanching carrot
Yummy carrot lassi is ready to relish in summer
Ingredients
- Carrot - 1 no: (medium sized)
 - Almonds - 5 nos
 - Cashews - 5 nos
 - Palm sugar - 1 tablespoon
 - Fresh Yoghurt - 1 glass
 
Step 1 - Blanching carrot
- Peel and cut carrot into small cubes
 - Boil water in a small vessel with a pinch of salt
 - Put chopped carrot pieces in it for a minute and take it out
 - Do not discard the water
 
- Grind the carrot pieces in a mixer.Use little water (with which blanching was done)
 - Make sure it becomes smooth
 - Add almonds, cashews and palm sugar.Grind it once more
 - Pour in the curd and run the mixer in pulser mode
