Ingredients
- Chopped pumpkin - 1 cup
- Whipped Curd - as needed (use full fat for kids/ skimmed for adults)
- Salt - 3/4 teaspoon
- Oil - 1 teaspoon
- Mustard seeds -1/2 teaspoon
- Curry leaves - few
- Red chilly - 2
- Hing - a pinch
- Turmeric - a pinch
Method
- Steam chopped pumpkin for 10 minutes
- Mash it well and let it cool
- In a serving bowl put the mashed pumpkin ,Add curd and salt to it
- In a separate kadai heat oil and splutter with mustard, curry leaves, hing, turmeric and red chilly
- Pour the seasonings over the raitha. Mix well
