Chocolate Halwa

  • Milk - 1 glass
  • Sugar - 1/2 glass
  • Cashew Powder - 10 nos
  • Almond Powder - 10 nos
  • Drinking Chocolate - 2 teaspoons
  • Ghee - 1 tablespoon

  • Take cashews and almonds in a hand mixer.Grind them into a fine powder
  • Add drinking chocolate to the ground cashew-almonds.Mix well
  • Take milk and sugar in a bowl.Heat till the sugar dissolves in it by stirring it occasionally
  •  Keep stirring the milk in a low flame for 10 -15 minutes.It will get condensed.Put a small cup or plate so that it will prevent milk from burning
  •  Take out the cup or plate carefully and add almond-cashew-drinking chocolate mixture and beat well with a whisk so that there are no lumps
  • Keep stirring it.It will start thickening
  • Add ghee and continue to stir in low flame
  • After 7 minutes take out a small bit with a spoon.Touch with wet fingers.It should not stick.This is the consistency
  • Switch off the stove and transfer it into a greased tray.Allow it to cool
  • Cut into small squares and garnish with nuts if needed
