- Grated Lauki - 1 1/2 cups
- Wheat Flour - 2 cups
- Ajwain / Omam - 1 teaspoon
- Garam Masala - 1 teaspoon or more
- Jeera Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Green chilly - 1/2 teaspoon (finely chopped)
- Turmeric - 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt - as needed
Method
- In a broad basin put everything together
- Slowly mix the contents
- Knead well.The water in the Lauki is more than enough to knead the dough
- Make small balls
- Flatten each ball slowly.It should be thin
- Heat a Tawa and cook paratha well on both the sides
- Spread butter over the paratha before serving (optional)
- Serve with any desired side dish / pickle / curd
