Step 1 - Ghee Preparation

Ingredients
- Besan Flour - 1 cup / 200 g
 - Sugar - 2 cups / 400 g
 - Butter - 2 cups
 
Step 1 - Ghee Preparation
- Take butter in a kadai and heat it in a medium flame
 - The butter will start melting and becomes frothy
 - Keep heating it till a clear liquid is formed
 
- Keep heating ghee in one stove.Even if you use ready made ghee keep heating it
 - Take sugar in another kadai.Pour little water to just to immerse it
 - Heat it in a medium flame.Sugar will dissolve and starts forming bubbles
 - After sometime the solution will be clear
 
Step 3 - Mysore Pak Preparation
- Switch off the flame and add the besan flour slowly
 - Stir it without any lumps.You may use a whisk to do so
 - Now add 1 ladle of ghee and mix well.Once it is absorbed add another ladle of ghee.Repeat this process till the ghee is exhausted
 - You should add ghee at frequent intervals.The colour will change once you start adding ghee
 - Keep stirring it.Initially big bubbles will formed
 - After sometime the mixture starts getting porous and starts leaving the sides of the kadai
 - Once the entire mixture comes together without sticking it to kadai switch off the stove

Step 3 - Mysore Pak Pieces
- Transfer the above mixture into a greased tray
 - Allow it to become warm and cut into desired shapes
 
Now "Mouth Melting Ghee Mysore Pak" is ready
