Radish Watermelon Cooler

Many kids refuse to take vegetables so it should be given in an attractive form
Radish is rich in Iron, Vitamins A and C.It is a good detoxifying agent also hence aids in weight loss
You can add honey / sugar when giving to children

  • Grated Radish - 1/4 cup
  • Orange (peeled and deseeded) - 1 no:
  • Water melon cubes - 1 cup or more
  • Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
  • Honey - as required (optional)
  • Take grated radish in a mixer jar.Grind with little water
  • Add oranges and grind it once more
  • Put the water melon cubes grind it once more.Add 1 teaspoon of sugar if needed (only for kids)
  • Serve chilled.Add lemon juice and honey while serving
