Apple, Carrot and Mango Shake

Yet another filling and healthy milkshake for kids


Ingredients
  • Full cream milk (boiled and cooled) - 300 ml
  • Apple - 1/2 (grated)
  • Carrot - 1 small no: (grated)
  • Mango pulp- 1 cup
Note : No sugar / honey is added here 

Method
  • Take mango pulp, carrot and apple in a mixer jar.Blend it without adding water / milk
  • Now pour the milk and run it in pulse mode
  • Milkshake is ready.You can serve immediately or serve chilled
