Ingredients
- Milk - 1/2 liter + 1/2 cup
- Badam - 3/4 - 1 cup
- Sugar - 1 1/4 cups
- Saffron strands - 6
- Soak badam in warm water for 1/2 hour
- Peel the skin and grind it along with 1/2 cup of milk.It will be a thick paste
- Heat the paste in a wide mouthed pan for 7 minutes in a low flame.Stir it continuously
- Add sugar to it and let it dissolve in low flame
- Pour 1/2 liter of milk and mix well.Give it a boil
- Dissolve saffron strands in little milk and add it
- Serve it chilled
