Ingredients
Part 1 - Vegetables
- Radish - 1 medium sized (grated)
- Carrot - 1 medium sized (grated)
- Beetroot - 1 small sized (grated)
- Sweet lemon / Orange - 1 (deseeded)
- Chopped pineapple - 2 cups
- Chopped watermelon - 2 cups
- Sugarcane juice - 1 galss
- Tender coconut water - 1 glass
Method
- Take the grated vegetables in a mixer jar.Pour little sugarcane juice (less than 1/4th cup) and grind it to a smooth paste
- Now add sweet lemon flesh / orange flush and grind it once more
- Put chopped pineapple and watermelon pieces and run the mixer once again
- Transfer it into a big vessel / jar.Mix it with remaining sugar cane juice and tender coconut water
- Serve chilled
