This is a simple raitha which goes well with Biriyani and Parathas.I got this recipe from a Magazine long ago

- Grated coconut - 1/2 cup
- Green chillies - 2 or 3
- Ginger - 1 small piece
- Oil - 1 teaspoon
- Mustard seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
- Curry leaves - little
- Hing - little
- Onion - 1 ( finely chopped)
- Capsicum - 2 medium sized (diced into cubes)
- Salt - 3/4 teaspoon
Part 3 - Others
- Whipped curd (skimmed or full cream) - 1 cup
- Coriander leaves - garnish
Method

- Take the items mentioned under "Part 1" in a mixer jar.Grind it into fine paste by sprinkling little water
- Now mix this with the whipped curd.blend it well
Step 2 - Seasoning and Saute
- Heat oil and splutter mustard seeds.Sprinkle hing and saute curry leaves
- Add onions and saute it with a pinch of salt.
- Now add capsicum cubes and saute it for few minutes.Add salt for raitha here.Make sure it remains crunchy
- Allow this to cool
Step 3 - Capsicum Raitha
- Once cooled add it to the curd mixture (prepared in step 1)
- Mix well and garnish with coriander leaves
Capsicum Raitha is ready.Serve with any Pulav,Parathas
