Extremely healthy and filling milkshake for kids after they come from school to boost up their energy

- Fig - 2 nos (roughly chopped)
- Dried grapes (with seed) - 2 nos
- Walnuts - 3 or 4 (break it)
- Cashews - 5 nos
- Pista - 5 nos
- Almonds / Badam - 3 nos
- Kesar / Saffron strands - 2 nos
- Milk - 300 ml + little for soaking (use boiled and cooled milk only)
- Raw sugar / nattu sakkarai / unrefined cane sugar - 2 teaspoons (or) Honey - little
Method
Step 1 - Soaking
- Soak all the dry fruits in warm milk for about 4 hours
Step 2 - Dry Fruits Milkshake
- Now we have soaked dry fruits, milk and raw sugar
- First put the soaked dry fruits (along with milk used for soaking) in a mixer jar and run it once
- Now pour milk and add raw sugar.Blend it once more
- If using honey top it at the time of serving
- Now rich, healthy and yummy dry fruit milkshake is ready.Serve it slightly chilled
