This is very similar to regular Kuzhi Paniyaram which I have explained in one of my posts Kuzhi Paniyaram but that is made out of regular dosa batter.Here I have demonstrated with red rice which is very healthy

Ingredients
Part 1 - Soaking
- Red boiled rice - 3 cups (easily available in many Departmental stores)
- Urad dhal - 1 cup
- Channa dhal + Toor dhal +Moong dhal - together 1 cup (Take 2 /12 tablespoons each)
- Methi seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Red rice flakes / Aval / Poha - handful
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
Method
Step 1 - Soaking
- Take the soaked items in a mixer jar - little at a time and grind it together to a smooth and fluffy using 1/4 - 1/2 cup of cold water
- Transfer it into a big container
- Add poha while grinding the last batch
- Transfer the batter into a tall container so that it has space for fermentation.Add salt and mix well using your hands
- Allow this batter to ferment for 6 hours
