Ingredients
- Boiled and cooled milk (full cream or skimmed) - 250 ml
- Almonds - 4 nos
- Dates - 2 nos
- Apple - 1 (pee the skin if needed and chop into small pieces)
- Grated coconut - 1 tablespoon (optional)
- Honey - 1 tablespoon (optional)
- Take almonds and dates along with little milk in a mixer jar and grind it
- Put chopped apple pieces into it and grind it smooth
- Then pour milk and grated coconut.Grind it smooth
Now transfer into serving glass and top it with honey if needed
