With the same batter used for idly in the previous post we can make dosais as well

- Varagu Arisi Dosai Batter - as required
- Idly / Dosai Milagai Podi - about 1 teaspoon for each dosai
- Butter // Oil - for cooking dosai
Method
- Heat a dosa tawa
- Take a ladle full of batter and pour it over the tawa
- Encircle it with the back of ladle
- Sprinkle about 1 teaspoon of Milagai Podi over the dosai
- Add oil or butter around the edges of dosa/Let it cook
- After 3 minutes carefully flip the dosa to the other side
- Allow it to cook for 2 minutes
- Take it out carefully
- Serve it with coconut chutney
