வரகு அரிசி பொடி தோசை /Varagu Arisi Podi Dosai

With the same batter used for idly in the previous post we can make dosais as well


Ingredients
  • Varagu Arisi Dosai Batter - as required
  • Idly / Dosai Milagai Podi - about 1 teaspoon for each dosai
  • Butter // Oil - for cooking dosai

Method
  • Heat a dosa tawa
  • Take a ladle full of batter and pour it over the tawa
  • Encircle it with the back of ladle
  • Sprinkle about 1 teaspoon of Milagai Podi over the dosai
  • Add oil or butter around the edges of dosa/Let it cook
  • After 3 minutes carefully flip the dosa to the other side
  • Allow it to cook for 2 minutes
  • Take it out carefully
  • Serve it with coconut chutney
